  • Please contact us – preferably by E-MAIL or TELEPHONE– to check the availability of Petit Guemene.

  • If you make an enquiry by e-mail, please state: your contact details (full name, address, email address, fixed telephone number & mobile telephone number); the number of people in your party (plus their ages); your arrival and departure dates; any special requests you might have.

  • If the accommodation is still available and you wish to go ahead with the booking, we respond IMMEDIATELY and ask you for a deposit of 30% of the total rent due, together with a signed booking form. We will email you bank account information for your deposit and a booking form for you to sign.

  • The total balance must be paid not less than eight weeks before the start date of your holiday.

  • Payments could be made directly to a UK bank in pounds sterling or you could post a euro cheque/money order made out to:

The balance of the rent is payable not less than eight weeks before the start of the holiday. If payment is not received by the due date the Owner reserves the right to give notice in writing that the holiday is cancelled. The Client will remain liable to pay the balance as per the cancellation charges detailed in the Terms & Conditions.(see terms & conditions)

Alterations to original booking (subject to availability) should be made in writing and will be subject to a £15/20€ administration charge. If alterations are made after eight weeks but before your arrival and substitute guests can not be found, the Owners reserve the right to enforce the alteration/cancellation fees as detailed in the Terms & Conditions.(see terms & conditions)
